Bachelor's apartment in Victorian house near UofT and downtown hospitals

Description

This a fully renovated bachelor's basement apartment, ideal for a visiting researcher or a couple spending a few months in Toronto. It is equipped with a television set, kitchenware, toaster, kettle, microwave, and Italian stovetop pot, among other kitchen items. The kitchen has a granite counter top, fridge-freezer, a 4-burner electric stove + oven, cabinets and drawers, glass cabinet, and dinning table for two. There are shelves in the living room area and one 2-door closet, in addition to coat rack and boot rack at the entrance. The bathroom contains toilet, sink and cabinet with two drawers, and shower area (two double sets of towels are included). There is one window close to the desk space. In the summer, there is a de-humidifier in the apartment to regulate the temperature. In the winter, the central heating system is set at 20C. There are four pillows, two sets of linen and two duvets available (spring/fall and winter). On occasions, the tenants on the 1st floor can be heard walking because the house has wood floors. The apartment is bright; it contains over 10 LED lights. In the basement level, there are three lockers, the laundry room, and a shared space with two doors (the basement apartment door and the a second entrance to apartment 1 that is rarely used). There are four apartments in the house, and the backyard is shared among all residents. In total, there are five residents who are academics or professionals. The owner lives in the house.
