**At this time, we're only looking to RENT our beautiful apartment for summer 2026 (mid-July to mid-September). Unfortunately, we are not able to consider exchange requests at the moment. Very bright and exceptional views of Paris rooftops and major monuments (including the Eiffel Tower in the distance). Peaceful and very quiet, yet only 2 minutes from the Canal Saint-Martin (fully pedestrianized on weekends), in a vibrant part of the 10th arrondissement surrounded by cafés, shops, and excellent food stores. Close to several metro lines, RER stations, and major train stations (Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est).
