Enjoy stunning mountain views from the comfort of a private room in Belmont with twin-over-full bunks. For seekers of R&R: the guest room has its own door to the mountain-facing back deck. For seekers of a night (or day!) about town: the fully furnished cottage home is a short walk to/from parks, cafes, and bars. In addition, UVA, Downtown, and Monticello are all within a 3-mi radius. Shared kitchen, living, and bath; free parking; and city bus stop just steps from the front door! For late May through July 2026: I am interested in a tenant who would be able to provide cat care for 2 very loving and friendly cats, for a discounted rate of $750/month. I will be gone for most of June. August 2026 onwards: The tenant will have the house mostly to themselves. I will be commuting to Charlottesville for 1-2 days/week on average, and the cats will be with me at the other location.
