We are a family of four with two kids, ages 7 and 4, taking a gap year abroad. Our well-furnished, updated home would be perfect for a family with children as we have tons of toys and children's equipment. (Although it would still be a great fit for a couple, or family with older children as well!) We have 3 upstairs bedrooms currently set up as the Master with king bed (ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet), double bed (currently kids room), and twin bunk bed. (This room can be converted if bunk bed is not needed). The 4th bedroom has a queen bed and is located in the finished basement (non-conforming). Renovated kitchen and bathrooms, living area with hardwood floors, and the bonus room is our playroom. Our garage has recreational equipment, an extra freezer, and the finished basement has a large TV, desk for office space, exercise bike, and 4th bedroom. Laundry room has washer, dryer, utility sink. House has a fenced in backyard, outdoor hot tub, trampoline, large back deck great for entertaining, kids outdoor play structures, sand box, and swing. Our home is walking distance to the local recreation center with indoor pool, and tennis, golf, basketball, and fitness facilities. You can also walk to 2 parks with playgrounds and the local elementary school up the street, and we have tons of trails for hiking and biking within walking distance. The local library, Super Target, restaurants, and grocery stores are all within a 1 mile radius.
