The loft is an unusual, large, light filled, open space with newly finished floors and new bathroom. The sunny, open room is ideal for one guest or couple staying a few weeks to a few months. Extra twin bed at opposite end for additional sitting area or 3rd person. There is a wide wrap-around deck, pond, 4 acres, sauna, inflatable bed for extra guest (for a few days). Located two miles from Cornell and shopping center, it's a peaceful getaway, perfect for recharging, or focusing on work, or a relaxing vacation. The well equipped kitchen has all the basics. Towels, hand towels, facecloths and sheets, fans, A/C and pretty much everything you need is there. Available for several days, week or weeks, as well.

Comments: Summer/fall $3800 $2500 winter months Nov-March . Ideal for short stays.Originally Alice H Cook's house (ILR school). No oven, small fridge. Due to pond, sauna, steps, not a place for kids.
