Central Paris bijoux 1-bed architect-designed, light, v well equipped flat

Mathew was very prompt throughout the whole process answering questions and providing information. The apartment is a perfect little jewel of a spot located in the 11th. The natural light is amazing in the apartment and it is equipped with everything one might need. He has anticipated all your needs.

Walking distance to groceries, stores, post office, restaurants. The metro is down the street a short walk and the bus stop is right outside the apartment. It is walking distance to the Marais and the famous 'Merci' store.

I would not hesitate to recommend this place. It was PERFECTION from start to finish.

I stayed for three months in the flat. It was a very comfortable stay, and I enjoyed the flat very much. Plenty of room, lots of sun, and the little balconies were such a luxury on nice days. The neighborhood is great with diverse restaurants and bars, as well as close to multiple metro lines. The flat is very well set up with a washing machine, dishwasher, induction top, and decently sized water heater. I would happy stay again.

Du 1er septembre au 1er décembre 2024, notre petite famille s'installa rue du Chemin-Vert, à l’est de la ville de Paris, dans le XIième arrondissement.

D'abord, la communication et le premier contact avec le propriétaire furent des plus efficaces et respectueux. Tout s'est déroulé de la manière la plus professionnelle et surtout chaleureuse qui soit : autant à l'arrivée qu'au départ. La gentillesse du propriétaire doit être mentionnée.

Ensuite, il convient d'insister sur l'aspect esthétique (agréable), le confort, le côté pratique et l'aspect sécuritaire de l'appartement. Les deux balcons contribuent au bien-être des locataires.

Enfin, il y a la rue du Chemin-Vert, le XIième arrondissement, les parcs, les marchés et le canal : la bonne vie!

We (retired couple) spent four months in this comfortable, light, bright, clean, well-furnished and equipped apartment with a lift. Although small in size, like most Parisian apartments, the apartment didn't feel cramped being well served by natural light through a window and double doors leading onto two terraces. Comfortable bed, good storage and heating plus fans for the warmer days.

The apartment owner, Matthew, met us at our arrival and departure, and maintained good communication throughout our stay.

The 11th Arrondissement is an excellent area, mixed population, full of bars, restaurants, parks and various excellent street markets all within walking distance as is central Paris. The area has good public transport.

The owner was responsive and easy to deal with. Very comfortable, well-equipped, airy space. The little balconies were lovely. Quiet apartment, nice street, wonderful neighborhood. Easy access to transit. No complaints!

Mathew was very nice and helpful throughout the process. The hand in of the keys was all very smooth and we even had time to get to know each other which was really nice. Mathew is always available, only a text message away, if I ever had a question.
His flat is charming, in an amazing neighbourhood with easy access to several metro lines and all the amenities around (bars, restaurants, shops, etc.). It is very comfortable, well equipped and benefits from great light and views on the typical parisian rooftops. There are even two small balconies to enjoy some sunlight while sipping a coffee or reading a book.
I definitely would recomend for you to stay at Mathew's during your stay in Paris, it will only make the whole experience better!
