Historic cottage with amenities, quiet location, steps from UC campus

My wife and I spent almost a year in the cottage, and it was a wonderful time. The cottage is very cozy and has all the necessary equipment for comfortable living. It’s surrounded by a spacious garden filled with lots of flowers and fruit trees. There is a completely separate path leading to the cottage, so it feels very private. The porch is spacious, making it a great place to spend a time. The cottage is quiet and set back from the street, so there are no disturbing noises. The landlord is extremely kind and helpful, and communication is very easy if anything comes up. UC Berkeley shuttle stop is just a minute away, and another for the AC Transit is a 3-minute walk. The UC Berkeley campus is around a 10-minute walk from the cottage.

Ms. McClure's historical cottage offers a calm, safe, and exquisite environment, ideal to enjoy the best of Berkeley. It's an inspiring haven very well located near UC Berkeley campus, close to the city center and connected with all of the Bay Area through ACtransit and BART lines. It is ideal for those who dedicate themselves to intellectual work as well as those who seek a cultural, natural and/or a family based lifestyle. Its charm porch give access to a small but very carefully raised garden and fruit trees. Its design is practical, excellent for everyday housing activities. Communication was always very fast and helpful. To be sure, we have been profoundly happy living there and would love to return in a future opportunity.

The place was nice and cozy, and the landlord was super nice and helpful. It's just the right amount of space for one person, and now even has a roomba, so easy to clean! The animals surrounding the place are fun to watch. Greatly recommended.
