Enjoy our beautiful forested, ocean front neighbourhood! We're steps from the ocean and excellent walking trails, and nearby to Cadboro Bay beach & waterfront park, local grocery shopping and restaurants, and UVic. Our neighbourhood has a rural feel; we regularly see deer and eagles and sometimes hear owls in the backyard. We are UVic professors who travel in the summer. The house has one bedroom with a queen bed and second with a double bed. The yard has beautiful seasonal flower gardens and gorgeous views across the ocean to the Olympic mountains! It also has an excellent patio under the Garry oaks, ideal for backyard barbecuing and dining. The yard and laundry spaces, are shared with a downstairs apartment.
