The bathroom is beautifully tiled and has a deep-soak tub and shower. It has a very comfortable, queen-size double bed. There is also a comfortable foldout couch/double bed futon in the living room. Powelton Village is one of Philadelphia's most beautiful neighborhoods, and Baring Street is one of its most beautiful streets, with large trees and grand houses. The apartment is only minutes walk from the University of Pennsylvania campus, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, the Schuylkill Banks River Park, with its great bike and running paths, and to so many other great sites. There are many supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and activities. Parking is easy, and there are also bike shares and car shares within a block. Street parking is plentiful. There are also public bicycle rentals nearby. A public bus stops in front of the building and the subway is only a few minutes walk away. It is also a short walk to the Amtrak 30th St Station for trains to New York and Washington. It is on the third floor, accessed by stairs, so it is not handicap accessible. Pets are not permitted.
