I bought my place brand new last year and feel in love with it due to the high-end finish of the building. Since then I have taken pride in piecing the decor together to create a relaxed, light, natural place to enjoy being. The apartment is a large one-bed, I live here with my boyfriend so it's definitely large enough for two. Another thing that really drew me to it is the amazing view of London which you'll see from the photos, it's incredible! Because it's brand new, everything is very efficient - there's a brand new dishwasher, washer dryer, double shower (which is soooo nice), oven and stove and video intercom system. On top of this I have added all the essentials - microwave, kitchen appliances, apple pod, large smart tv etc to make it a very easy home to be in. I have a king-sized bed and can make wardrobe space and kitchen cupboard space for you to fill with your own belongings. The apartment is located in private gates, operated by a fob and intercom system which makes it very secure and the apartment is on the 5th floor, accessible via a lift or stairs. It is a 2 minute walk to Wood Street station (over ground), and a 20 minute walk to Walthamstow Central (Victoria line tube) - both have very good links into central London. You can be in Liverpool Street or Kings Cross or Oxford Circus in 30 minutes or less. Wood Street has many little shops and businesses and has become it's own community. There's a great gym just a minute away and independent coffee shops, restaurants, deli's, bakeries and an antiques market - as well as a small co-operative supermarket for your essentials. 15 minutes walk away is Walthamstow Village which has a buzzing high-street with more independent businesses. 10 minutes walk in the other direction are Leyton Flats which lead onto Epping Forest - a vast forest space with many walks including woodland and lakes. This is one of my favourite things about the area - the ability to see the city landmarks from the balcony, have the small community feel of Wood Street / Walthamstow Village, and be surrounded by woodland. In terms of requirements - I ask for no smoking or pets, and would love someone to look after my (numerous!) plants, although they're very low maintenance. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to drop me a line.
