Description
We' rent one room of our house. You can use the large kitchen and living room. We also have a laundy room, a little yard and a garage to store your bike or do some diy work if you want. I have lived in the US and speak fluently English, some Spanish and some Hebrew. We're looking for someone quiet and who will value the opportunity to be in a homey environment, just at the door of Paris. All Paris and southern Paris universities and labs are accessible by public transportation. I run my bike to work inside Paris. And the garage can house your bike too if needed.

Comments: We have a full size sauna! :-) We have pets, 2 small dogs (yorkshire and French bulldog) and 2 cats. The house is big and they mostly live downstairs, but the house is therefore not suited for allergic people or people who don't like pets.

Comments: I am renting a room located in my town house in Châtillon. The room is located on the top floor. The tenant will have also access to a shared bathroom, my living room, garden, laundry room and of course kitchen.
