Our house is available for rent during the academic year. Move in and move out dates are flexible; 3 month minimum. Our inviting home welcomes you onto the front porch and into our cozy family room with skylights and a pellet stove (pics #2 & 3). The eat-in-kitchen is surrounded by windows with plenty of light (pic #4). The large living room has a TV with AppleTV, large sectional couch, and additional seating with plenty of light (pics #5 & 6). There is a full bathroom and bedroom on the first floor (pics #7 & 8, full size bed) and three bedrooms and two full bathrooms upstairs (pics #9 & 10 are side bedrooms with two twins and one full; primary bedroom has king bed). The unfinished basement includes a treadmill, air bike, and rower. For any kids, we have gymnastics rings, a rope ladder, a play kitchen, and a whole lot of toys, books, and games! We provide bedroom furniture, family room & living room furniture, bed linens and towels, a kitchen table and chairs, and basic kitchen supplies (dinnerware, utensils, keurig, toaster, pots & pans). If you prefer the home semi-furnished, we can store our furniture. This is currently a pet friendly home and we would welcome well-trained pets with a deposit. *Please note that some furniture in pictures has changed.
