Comfortable Small House in NW Corvallis Neighborhood

Our recently renovated and fully-furnished home in Corvallis, Oregon, is perfect for extended stays of one to five months (minimum 30 days). Collaborate with colleagues at Oregon State University. Do a clinical rotation or temporary nursing position at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center. Visit family and friends. Spend a few months in Oregon exploring nearby areas to relocate to. Or, have a comfortable place to stay while house-hunting in the central Willamette Valley. All you need to bring are your clothes and toiletries. Our house is a small, vintage 1962 detached house with a large fenced backyard. It is most comfortable for four adults or a small family. The house was updated significantly in the summer of 2022 and has a new kitchen and two new bathrooms. The large primary bedroom has a king bed, two closets, an en-suite bathroom with a stall shower, and sliding door access to a new deck. The other two bedrooms have a queen bed and double bed and share a hall bathroom with a tub and shower. In addition, there is an eat-in kitchen, a cozy living room, a family room with a TV-watching area and office space, a covered patio, and a single-car garage with a washer/dryer and a workbench. It is a single-level house; however, it has a raised foundation, so there are two steps into the house from the front door, garage door, back patio, and back deck. We have a yard maintenance service for lawn mowing, leaf blowing, weeding, and shrub pruning. Summer tenants will need to do garden and landscape watering. Our neighborhood is modest, friendly, and convenient to shopping, schools, the aquatic center, a hospital & medical offices, and downtown Corvallis. PLEASE NOTE: -- There is a $30 nonrefundable rental application and screening fee. -- The deposit-to-hold is half the security deposit. -- The security deposit and rent range from $2,500 to $3,000, depending on the number of tenants (maximum 4), number of dogs (maximum 2), and length of stay.
