All spaces are nicely furnished, well equipped, located in lower Manhattan’s high profile Tribeca area. We are 1 flight up/2nd floor (no elevator) in small residential bldg on a quiet Tribeca block. Walkable to SOHO/Greenwich Village, Financial district, Lower East Side Chelsea, w/nearby subways to all Manhattan. We can do daily or monthly rates as an all inclusive quote, as well as shorter or extended visits. if we have your email and in/out dates we can send photos of the available apt for the dates you requested. Our check in/out dates and times may be flexible and can sometimes be shorter or longer, More photos on Instagram at ‘tribecarental’. Please include your email address with your in/out dates, # guests and any flexibility in visit. Tell us specific details about your visit, such as if singles/couple, where coming from or if relocating. Unable to host parties, pets, smoking or minors traveling alone. Intl visitors will need to get a local cell for contact. We mail our keys/access to address you provide, so you do not need an arrival appt with us and can do a contactless self check in on your arrival day after 3 PM. We sometimes do winter exchanges with LA homes. Our studio #1, (check photos) consists of a 900 sq ft loft studio apt with 2 separate sleeping areas, living/dining area, outfitted kitchen and spacious bath. One sleeping area has 1 queen bed and 2nd sleeping area has a bunkbed unit with 2 single beds, 1 over other. Both 2 sleeping areas are separated from living area by sliding fabric room dividers (not doors) and from each other by a solid 8’ wall, as our ceiling is over 12’. Both 2 sleeping areas are adjacent to an open plan living/dining area. Accommodates a couple with a child or just 2 friends. We sometimes have another 1 bedroom apt (about 10’ from studio that can accommodate a couple. These 2 apts can be linked to each other by a private interior hall for a larger group or family. Note; cable AC, internet, exit cleaning will be included as an all inclusive. Note: rates do change seasonally, so check current rates before contacting us. The apts are cleaned/sanitized before visits. Our guest laundry is in a separate private hall. 24 hour grocery & pharmacy. is nearby. Tribeca is a low density area in lower Manhattan's most desirable zip code. This foot & family friendly 19th cent. downtown historic district has wide cobblestone streets, located near many Tribeca & Soho art galleries, Financial distract, Greenwich Village, Meatpacking & the Chelsea art district, with boutique shopping nearby. Tribeca has a great many award winning chef owned restaurants. 4 blocks from Hudson River Promenade, with miles of uninterrupted biking/jogging paths in traffic free zone.
