We are a pair of local family doctors who live next door to our rental property, so we will be on hand to answer any questions and/or fix any issues promptly. (Our two houses share a large sunny back garden including laundry shed; you would have access to the whole back garden as well as your house's individual back deck, front porch, and front garden. ) The house is great for a couple who need an office or a family with one child. There is an outdoor bathtub & hammock on your side of the garden.
