We recently rented Erin's ADU and had a wonderful experience. The space is peaceful and quite secluded, facing her beautiful and lush garden that made it feel like a private retreat.

The ADU was well-maintained and thoughtfully equipped, especially the kitchen where we found everything to cook meals. It overlooks the garden where we had access to a patio.

The rest of the ADU was bright with ample storage, the bathroom contained a great shower. Having an in-unit washer and dryer was very convenient. The neighborhood is very quiet and walkable. We enjoyed exploring the various eateries.

Erin was a gracious and respectful host with excellent communication. We strongly recommend staying at her ADU.

We rented Erin's garden apartment for my mother, who was visiting us for two months. It was perfectly located, had wonderful amenities, and the fruit trees in the yard were a special treat. This is a comfortable cozy home. Brand new well equipped kitchen and bathroom, comfortable bed and incredibly beautiful garden. There is a nice patio with sun and shade. Erin is very helpful and responds right away to inquiries. Great walking neighborhood, very safe, convenient to shops, restaurants, the South Pasadena farmer's market. No hassle street parking is right in front of the house. I highly recommend Erin's place.

I was thrilled with my stay at Erin's garden apartment. Everything was perfect. The neighborhood cannot be beat, the fresh oranges from the garden were delicious, I still think about them! Erin was accommodating and responsive. I hope to return someday. The convenience to everything one could need is unparalleled.
