This charming territorial historic home was originally built in 1924 and then expanded and modernized to add bedrooms, bathrooms, large walk-in kitchen, Arizona room, patio, and skylights. The house has been newly updated with new porcelain tile flooring in bedrooms and appointed with tasteful mid-century modern furnishings. I am a cultural anthropologist and my husband is a veterinarian and musician. We love our Tucson home and all the culture, arts, food, and environment that the city has to offer.
