We are two academics living in Oxford, but we travel frequently for work. We seek tenants who would like to be in Oxford on short term basis. Our home is warm, light and spacious. The room available is a main bedroom with en suite bathroom and lots of cupboard space. The shared areas include kitchen, living area and garden. The large living room has entertainment systems and TV, as well as an alcove with a separate study area that can be used. There is a conservatory leading to the patio and garden. The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher. There is a garage where we store things, and which is useful for off road parking if you have bicycles. There is a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The house has central heating and is double glazed and well insulated. We live in a quiet area close to local shops, parks and to the forest for walks. The bus connection to the airport and to London is a 5 minute walk away. We are ideally situated for academics or medics who wish to be close to Oxford's teaching hospitals, and a 10 minute cycle into the centre of Oxford.
