We are two academics living in Oxford, but we travel frequently for work. We seek tenants who would like to be in Oxford for up to a year. Our home is warm, light and spacious. There is a main bedroom with en suite bathroom and lots of cupboard space. The second bedroom has a double bed and cupboard space, as well as desk space if it is preferable to use it as a study. The smaller third bedroom is currently set up for a child but can also be configured as a study if preferred. There is a second bathroom with bath. The third bathroom is a guest toilet. The large living room has entertainment systems and TV, as well as an alcove with a separate study area. There is a conservatory leading to the patio and garden. The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher. There is a garage where we store things, and which is useful for off road parking if you have bicycles. There is a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The house has central heating and is double glazed and well insulated. We live in a quiet area close to local shops, parks and to the forest for walks. The bus connection to the airport and to London is a 5 minute walk away. We are ideally situated for academics who wish to be close to Oxford's teaching hospitals, and a 10 minute cycle into the centre of Oxford.
