Three floors, three bathrooms, one half-bath, five bedrooms, and two offices, one of which is a roomy sunroom. A big garden area with a tree that blooms in spring and lush garden that blooms all throughout the summer. Close to the chestnut hill reservoir and heartbreak hill, which makes it ideal for runners. Also close to equinox and LifeTime Fitness. We love this house so much! We are looking for tenants who can enjoy our beloved home as much as we have.
