Literally a littoral house. Bay is in back yard. Bay views from every room but 1 bathroom. Ocean view from master bedroom and upstairs bathroom. A great place to write and to be near the ocean and bay. Can walk to restaurants and beach, and to four kayak launching points. (Please bring your own). Main picture includes picture of beach at 8 min. walk. No grass to mow, have to shovel snow sometimes. Full gravel front and backyard. Small park across the street. One bath is full (shower and bath) and one is half (toilet/sink). Includes full kitchen tools and a TV set up (without cable, but 65 local channels from a digital antenna). Utilities: Sewage and Internet paid by landlord. All other utilities paid by tenant, but can be transferred. Cleaning service required at end of tenancy, paid by tenant. Cleaning service before, paid by landlord.

Comments: Literally Littoral. On the water, furnished, great parking, views of bay to write to. Take the Hull ferry to Blue Line Aquarium stop if you want to go to Boston or commuter rail from nearby. You can be on the coast over Labor day and Memorial day.

Comments: Some flexibility in dates, in start and end date. Summer is different price than winter, but could rent for 11 months. Could work with three older kids in the second bedroom. greatly prefer longer rentals. Note: Bathrooms is 1.5 in US style.
