Our newly renovated condo has stunning views over Sausalito and the San Francisco Bay from every room. The hikers' paradise of Golden Gate National Recreation Area is directly behind us (you can access a trail from our street), or drive a few minutes to a vast network of trails. Best of all we are the first exit off the Golden Gate Bridge, making it a quick and traffic-free 10-minute trip into town. We have recently done a complete upgrade of the space, installing a new kitchen and a gas fireplace on the upper floor, plus a brand new bathroom with heated floors and a new half bath on the lower bedroom level. At 1,032-sqft (93sqm), our space is maximized for style and comfort for 2 adults who work at home and entertain often. This is our primary home that we rent or exchange while we travel--usually spring through fall. You can walk to town and the ferry to SF if you are willing to walk back up (an excellent workout!); we do it daily but you will want a car. We think our place is the best of all worlds--a serenely quiet home in the trees that still gives you quick access to everything the Bay Area has to offer.
