Academic faculty couple offering the condo for rent; we bought it for our retirement, unfortunately cannot move in as we have a small dog! The condo management prohibits dogs in the building. Minimum six months rental needed by the condo management but with two months notice from either side (you or me) to terminate after that. A large apartment with 2 bedrooms ( plus den for office ) with 2 full bathrooms, one ensuite, furnished (just the minimum required furniture now; you can add more if you want; additional queen bed can be exchanged instead of the single bed in guest room) in the most beautiful and quiet apartment complex in Waterloo surrounded by greenery (see photos). Suitable for a single family of a maximum of four persons. Please note, that the condo management prohibits sharing of units with unrelated persons. Near the two major universities and a conestoga college campus; walking distance to all amenities including conestoga mall; supermarkets, and local transportation system; highway not far.
