I am a touring Jazz musician and Professor at Yale School of Music looking for a renter while I am on tour. I love my Harlem Apt. and would like offer my place for sublet to a CLEAN and respectful person or couple. The place is well equipped with everything you’ll need to feel comfortable including an espresso machine and a baby grand piano if you are also a musician. The apartment is conveniently situated near the ABCD trains and many of the new trendy Harlem spots for great food and drinks. There is a very good grocery store a 5 minute walk away and you can even walk across the bridge to Yankee Stadium to catch a baseball game or soccer match if you’re inspired. I'm happy to arrange a Facetime or Zoom call for us to meet and for you to see the apt in real time.
