This flat is located in the beautiful Muswell Hill. It is on the Northern Line (either at East Finchley or Highgate) and the tube takes 15 minutes to Kings X/the British Library/UCL. The flat has two large double bedrooms, one separate office, one large lounge/living room and a modern kitchen and bathroom (with a bath!). The building has a large and well-kept communal garden. The building, and the flat, was built in the 1920s and contains some gorgeous original features. The flat is very near many supermarkets, independent grocers, plenty of independent coffee shops, and bookstores, and near some very special pockets of London (Crouch End, Highgate, Alexandra Palace) and many wooded areas (Highgate Woods, Cherry Tree Woods, Hampstead Heath, Parkland Walk). It would be a perfect rental for a couple of academics, with or without children. The wifi is very fast, and there are plenty of spaces to work in the flat (two desks and one large dining room table). We have blow-up mattresses, if you would like guests to stay, and plenty of storage space.
