Seeking a small family, a couple or a single to rent my furnished 1.5/2bd light-filled, charming, and quiet apartment (double windows). My apartment is on the second floor of a modern 4 story building, facing the beautiful facades of brownstones in Clinton Hill, with both south and north exposures. Sunlight fills the living room all day. It comes fully furnished and the bedroom faces a quiet backyard and has a bunk bed for now. The alcove is where I sleep, in the center of the apartment, and has a new queen-sized, organic hybrid mattress. The configuration of the rooms can be changed, and anything not needed can go. There is ample storage space (3 closets, one is extra large), washer and dryer, dishwasher, TV, and nespresso machine. The fully equipped kitchen opens into the living room, giving the space a great flow. There is central air. The apartment is two blocks from the Classon G stop and 10 minutes walk form the Clinton/Washington C stop. It's also close to many restaurants, cafes and bars, such as Clementine, Speedy Romeo, Mekelburgs, Choice Market, Chilo’s… All utilities are included in the price. ABOUT THIS LISTER I'm in my forties, French/Italian and I'll be in Paris for the year. I work in the arts, murals, illustration and design. I value my home immensely and see it as my peaceful oasis in the city, so I hope to find renters who will respect it and enjoy it as much as I do. RENTAL REQUIREMENTS 1000$ Security deposit.
