Located on a quiet leafy street, but steps away from commercial activity on Chicago Ave, Damen Ave, and Division Ave. Steps away from cafes, corner pubs, restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, and parks. Perfect for someone looking to balance quiet writing with urban social life. Not suitable for children or pets. Tenant pays for street parking (if desired, $7 for one week), and one-time cleaning fee ($200).
