Large bathroom with abundant cabinet / large vanity. Well stocked small kitchenette (this is not a full kitchen) with shared laundry in kitchenette, sitting areas with table and chairs. We live on 3rd fl. This bedroom apartment suite is an adjoining, separate space located within our condo, and has a private separate entrance, as well as connecting stairwell. This is not an entirely separate apartment as we share the laundry located in the kitchenette. The bedroom, living room/ office, and bath are solely yours, and private, but the laundry units located within kitchen on 2nd fl are shared with us. It is within our condo, and thus renting here is somewhere in between being a housemate and being alone. We use the laundry on 2nd floor most every day, and have friendly interactions with the renter. Brookline Hills T stop is across the park (less than 600 feet). Two subway stops to Longwood, or a lovely 30 min walk to Longwood. Walk less than 10 mins to Brookline Village cafes, restaurants, grocery (all within close walking distance). A vibrant exciting area with Coolidge Corner and all Boston has to offer within walking distance (a walk to Coolidge corner is 15-20 min). Seeking a responsible, friendly, quiet professional (prefer a woman). We are a professional woman and one teenaged son and two cats (who only stay on 3 rd fl, and do not enter your unit). We are respectful of the tenant's private space, and have also developed friendly relationships with our renters, which we prefer. I work both at an office outside of the home, but I also work from home half time. Bedroom is 12’4 x 12’12”. Bedroom furnished with mid century modern solid teak bureau (6 drawer) and matching upright teak desk, full sized bed with two large drawers, large storage closet and smaller hanging clothes closet. Bedroom also includes four pull shades and four long black-out curtains. Kitchen is 8’4” x 5’2”. Kitchenette contains shared Laundry. Bathroom is 9’9” x 6’6” with large vanity abundant surface counter and storage drawers. Entry and Sitting area is 8’7” x 6’6”. Living Room & Office area is 15'5" x 13'. LR furnished with large comfy overstuffed chair, a small loveseat couch, tables, coffee table, standing lamps, large desk, and small round DR table and chairs. Kitchenette is well-stocked with dishes, pots, pans, large toaster oven (can cook chicken), hot plate cooking surface, tea kettle, coffee press, tupperware, small-ish fridge, large microwave, and clothes washer and dryer (Kitchen lacks an oven and stove, and is not suitable for lots of cooking). Rent includes WiFi, hot water, heat (your own separate thermostat), window AC units, and option for cable tv, with your fee for heat and AC at 1/3 or 1/4 of the bill. Prefer woman, 3 + months or longer. Ideal for working professional, who works outside of the home, and who seeks quiet private living space within a home, in a Family-centered building. Must be friendly and respectful of sharing laundry and living within our home. Utilities of WiFi, Water are supplied at no cost, Utilities of Heat, Cooling and electric are to be discussed - either 1/3 of heat and AC, or 1/4 or less depending on your usage and time in the apartment.
