Our home will be available for a year-long rental while we are on sabbatical. This bright and comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is perfect for families or groups, with plenty of space indoors (1,300 sq ft) and outdoors. It is located in midtown Santa Cruz near the Arana Gulch, Twin Lakes and Seabright beaches, and DeLaveaga Park. The house is walking distance from 5 grocery stores and midtown restaurants and shopping, and it is right along Santa Cruz’s principal bike paths and Santa Cruz Metro lines (about 1.5 miles from Downtown). It is in the DeLaveaga Elementary, Branciforte Middle, and Harbor High School Districts. The house is fully furnished, but it can also be semi-furnished upon request. It is equipped with a washer and dryer and kitchen appliances. The first bedroom has 3 twin-size beds (bunk + trundle), and a crib/toddler bed is available upon request. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a smart tv and the third bedroom has a king-size bed and a tv. We can provide desks as well. Our backyard includes a shaded patio space and table and chairs, as well as a charcoal grill, a children’s play structure, planter boxes, and plenty of garden space.
