Description
I am looking for a couple or young family who will enjoy (and take care of ) my home while I am in the country. I have had many people here over the past 15 years and all have enjoyed the ease of the house and particularly, its location. Children particularly enjoy the nearby park. The park also has a market once a week. All enjoy the proximity to public transit for exploring the city. Buses or subways are just a 7 minute walk away. There is even a movie theatre one block away! The location of this house can't be beat with stores, banks, restaurants, cafes etc., all within walking distance so a car is not needed. The YMCA is 2 blocks away. For weekend get aways there is a car rental facility nearby. The house is clean with everything in good working order. It's a great place if you are renovating and need a temporary home. Also great if your long term home is not ready for you. The neighbours are friendly and helpful. The house is large enough for a family of 3 or 4 and yet small enough for ease of maintenance.

Comments: A deposit of $850 is needed to secure the house. A damage deposit of $500 is required and will be returned if the house is left in good order. There can be a cleaning lady once a month. She charges $100 for 2 hours.

Water the gardens 2x a week and cut the grass. There is an electric lawn mower for the grass.
Comments: I am looking for those who will care for my home. I will provide space for your things. A cleaning lady is provided for 1x a month.

Comments: There is a table and chairs, garden chairs and a BBQ. The garden is enclosed so safe for small children. Bushes and trees all around create a feeling of privacy. You need to get a permit to park on the street as there is no driveway or garage.
