More than anything I would like to host people and make them feel comfortable and at home in my much loved apartment. This lovely apartment decorated with care and eye for detail, awaits you to come and explore the city of Graz! The 35m2 apartment offers accommodation for up to 2 people. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washing machine. The fully equipped kitchen gives you the possibility to prepare your own home-cooked meals, to be enjoyed with friends at the expandable dining table! The apartment is equipped with necessary amenities to bring you the homey feel and make your stay pleasant. Internet is available and provided free of charge throughout the apartment. It is located about 15 minutes’ walk from the city’s historic main square , about 3 min walk from Lendplatz, about 25 min walk from Graz main train station or a short ride on public transport. You can reach all Graz Universities and Academic Institutions easily on public transport, on the bike or by walking. From Lendplatz bus number 63 takes you directly to the University of Graz and very close to the Graz University of Technology, the main and the Innfeld Campus as well as to the University of Art. I hope you will enjoy your stay in Graz!

Comments: You will get a cheaper price for a longer stay (6 month+ = 599 EUR/month + utilities). The apartment is located about 15 minutes’ walk from the city’s historic main square, about 3 min walk to Lendplatz and 20 min walk to the city's main railway station. On Lendplatz you have a lively Saturday farmer's market and Salsa dancing on the street.
