Description
We love our home and have invested a lot fo time and resources to make the interior and exterior a lovely, warm, welcoming, stylish home. Its a 1940 bungalow with a beautiful front and back yard. if you come at the right season you will be able to enjoy figs, persimmons, avocados and lemons from our trees. Due to the lovely LA weather it is truly indoor-outdoor living and we are aiming to provide a peaceful safe experience. We love our neighbors and don't want to bring a party crowd to the house. However, we do have a fire-pit in the yard and you can certainly enjoy the southern California life. We are close to the 110 freeway, to shops and restaurants in Highland Park and South Pasadena. There is a great Grocery store just down the hill and Ernest Debs Park is literally 2 minutes walking distance. The wildlife and little peanut pond there are quiet beautiful. Whenever friends and family have sublett-ed for an extended amount of time, they left with a lasting positive memory. - exterior images upon request.

sometimes a piece of mail wont get forwarded. it would be lovely if we could communicate about it.

We have some indoor plants which make the house so much more homey. - lets chat about watering them now and then.
Comments: we have a property manager who is reachable and on the ground to help with anything that may come up. if anything, we are here to fix it promptly.
