We love our home and have put a great deal of care into making it a warm, welcoming and stylish place to live. It’s a charming 1940s Los Angeles bungalow with beautiful front and back gardens and a relaxed indoor-outdoor feeling. Depending on the season, you may find figs, persimmons, avocados and lemons growing in the garden. The backyard is a peaceful place for morning coffee, dinner outside or evenings around the fire pit. We’re in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, close to the 110 and just minutes from the restaurants, cafés and shops of Highland Park and South Pasadena. A great grocery store is just down the hill, and Ernest E. Debs Regional Park is a two-minute walk away, with beautiful trails, wildlife and a little pond at the top of the hill. We love our neighbors and are looking for guests who will enjoy and care for the house in the same spirit. It’s ideal for someone looking for a peaceful, comfortable LA home rather than a party house, while still enjoying the Southern California lifestyle. Friends and family who have stayed here for extended periods have always left with fond memories, and we hope it can feel like a real home while you’re in Los Angeles. We have some indoor plants which make the house so much more homey. - lets chat about watering them now and then.
Comments: we have a property manager who is reachable and on the ground to help with anything that may come up. if anything, we are here to fix it promptly.
