Welcome to my home. I am a 20th century historian and now retired. My wife does not live in France and we alternate stays between her home and mine. My apartment is therefore a place of life which is very important to us. It seems to me a very good opportunity for colleagues, whatever their age, temporarily staying in Paris. It is a perfect place for a couple, but also for a single person. Besides its ease of living, one of its main assets is of course the splendid and complete view of Paris - from inside Paris! But the district is pleasant to live in with several well-stocked shopping points, bookstores and cinemas and green spaces.

Comments: The apartment is very pleasantly located in a district that is both calm and lively, full of organic groceries and other shops. It has all the useful equipment. The office is a great place to work in and the view a constant delight.

Comments: The apartment enjoys a full panoramic view of Paris. A large living room (with a sofa bed), a sleeping room, an office room (with an extra sofa bed), a separate kitchen, a bathroom and separate WC. Fully furnished and equipped.
