Description
Gorgeous house 15 minutes from Seattle and Bellevue, near Microsoft, Amazon, Starbucks, Univ of WA. Mercer Island living with freeway access, in a secluded setting so close to so much. We are traveling and want to find someone who needs a space for one month. (rental rate is well below market value due to caring for house plants, fish tank and short term rental). Very quiet, small community. The house has excellent views of the lake, Olympic Mountains, and downtown Seattle. There is a hot tub on the deck with views, and outdoor living on the deck.
