Our condo is located in Outremont, widely considered one of Montreal’s most desirable neighbourhoods. The area offers a unique blend of charm, tranquillity, and vibrant urban life. Several parks are just steps from the apartment, providing a wide range of activities for both adults and children. We are only a few metres from Théâtre Outremont, known for its excellent cultural programming, including cinema and live performances. The neighbourhood also features a rich selection of supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, and specialty grocery stores offering ingredients from around the world. Within a 1 km radius, you will find some of Outremont’s best restaurants, as well as public libraries and outstanding independent bookshops. The apartment is ideally situated near excellent public and private primary and secondary schools. The location is particularly convenient for university access. We are within walking distance of the Université de Montréal MIL Campus, and close to all four major universities: Université de Montréal, McGill University, Concordia University, and Université du Québec à Montréal. Each is approximately a 15-minute bus or bike ride away. A BIXI Montreal station is conveniently located just across the street. The Outremont metro station is about a 7-minute walk, and several bus lines are nearby. The apartment is also within walking distance of the beautiful Mount Royal Park.
