Our furnished townhome is available for rent from August 4, 2026 to July 31, 2027 (start & end dates are somewhat flexible, with a preferred minimum rental period of at least 6 months). It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a galley kitchen, open dining and living area and excellent outdoor space with a large patio (furnished) off the living room and master bedroom and a small patio at the entrance. You will love the neighbourhood for its character, location, and the range of amenities near by. The location is very central with easy access by transit, bike or car to the University of British Columbia (UBC), Simon Fraser University (SFU), Emily Carr University of Art + Design, Vancouver Community College, Langara College, Douglas College, Vancouver General Hospital, and BC Children's Hospital. Amenities include Vancouver's very popular Trout Lake within a 5 minute walk (with a weekly Farmers Market on Saturday), great grocery stores, local shops, cafe's, a bakery that is coveted across the city (Flourist).
