The main level includes a front sitting room that may be enclosed with retractable sliding glass doors if a private work area is needed. The main level also has as a living room with flatscreen cable tv, dvd/blueray player, and a sofa with queen pull out bed. The lower level includes a newly renovated full kitchen with island bar, dining room, laundry with new high efficiency washer and dryer, a third full bathroom with bathtub and shower, and another bedroom with a queen Lofa sofa bed (very comfortable and sleeps like a regular plush bed!), with a desk for an additional workspace. We do have a twin and queen air-mattress as well if needed. The lower level has walkout french doors to a spacious, furnished backyard with a brick patio.
