The apartment 3 Br loft like apartment-open kitchen onto LR, 1 bath/toilet, + extra shower room. Lots of light with double exposure. Located on 2nd floor, elevator in a quiet building with only 4 tenants. 2 Bedrooms with double bed (bed is 160cm and 140 cm) and 3rd room with smaller bed of 120cm. There is a large sunny open space (LR) for convening after visiting Paris. Quiet building. We are looking for a caring family or couple(s) who will appreciate and take care of our home while we travel. We both work at the Sorbonne University and have 2 traveling children. The Neighborhood Central, calm street near lively neighborhood-- a 5 min walk from everything including the Seine river. You will find a mix of cultural attractions, cafes, bars and night life, fancy clothes stores and traditional charming architecture. The Seine River and Pompidou is a quick walk away. In summer, enjoy the “Paris plage” attraction when the Seine banks become sand beaches and cultural attractions (music, sports , events …). Located in the center of Paris, we a few minutes walk to Place des Vosges, Bastille. - We've had lots of interesting, lovely artists, scientists, writers, engineers.. from the academic world stay here while teaching, working or studying in Paris. - Prices negotiable for longer stays.
