My home is ideal for visitors seeking to immerse themselves in the historical heart of the city, nestled in the charming district of the Marais. The neighborhood boasts an array of restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and grocery stores, including an organic option, right at your doorstep. With its lively atmosphere and proximity to the Seine River, the area exudes beauty and vibrancy. Within walking distance, you'll also find iconic landmarks such as the Pompidou Center (Beaubourg), Notre-Dame Cathedral, Saint-Louis Island, the Louvre, and numerous museums. The apartment is located on the first European floor (second according to the American system), with elevator access, and security is ensured by two digital codes. This is a fantastic place to live, but it's also perfect for tourists looking for accommodation. Thoughtfully designed, it comprises two rooms, although it's worth noting that it's a compact space. The bedroom, although not entirely enclosed, features a comfortable double bed, a bedside table, and a lamp. In the living area, you'll find a cozy couch and all the amenities necessary for a home-away-from-home experience, including reliable high-speed Wi-Fi and a television with English news channels. Should you be two guests who prefer separate sleeping arrangements, we can easily convert the couch into a bed of equal comfort. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a two-plate ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, and all necessary utensils, cutlery, and crockery. An extendable dining table in the main living area provides a suitable space for various activities, including teleworking. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with a combo washer-dryer, allowing you to travel light. As this is a residential building, we kindly request that only quiet guests (maximum of two) stay. It is not permitted to invite additional guests to stay. Smoking and pets are not permitted. Close to public transportation : Conveniently situated just a few steps from the "Hotel de Ville" metro station and a 7-minute walk from the hub train station"Chatelet-les-Halles," (direct access from CDG airport), accessing other parts of the city is effortless.
