The apartment is quiet, very bright, 3rd floor of a triplex, with 2 bedrooms and an office, AC and a balcony. Very pleasant to live in, close to grocery stores, restaurants, parks and the subway. I am looking for someone quiet and responsible who can take care of my cat. You will not be stuck with the cats because if you decide to leave the apartment for several days, the neighbors will take care of the cat.
