Our home is a beautifully renovated two-storey Victorian terrace, full of character and charm. It features a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area that flows seamlessly into the backyard — perfect for relaxing or entertaining. There are three bathrooms plus a separate powder room, as well as a dedicated office, a fully equipped laundry, and a music room with a recently tuned upright piano. We’re fortunate to have lovely, helpful neighbours on both sides of the house. All linen is provided, and weekly cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee. The property is ideally located within walking distance of both Sydney Road and Lygon Street, offering easy access to cafes, shops, and public transport. There’s also a rear laneway with an automatic garage door for convenient parking. We have had many guests over the years during our various stages of renovating (initially upstairs and downstairs were completely separate) and have always loved using Sabbatical homes as we have always found people who have appreciated our space as much as we do. We plan to be in Tasmania in January and would love someone to be able to stay at that time.
