2 BR, 2 Bath Contemporary Condo, Includes Utilities, WiFi, Apple TV, iMusic

I will be settling into Josie and Conrad's flat in two weeks, but I can already write this review, knowing that we are so very fortunate to having them as the owners. They are considerate and caring, and have shared with us a video of their lovely flat and sent us a manual to make things as pleasant as possible. I don't expect any surprises and know if we need something they are just an email away. Thus we feel very fortunate!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Josie and Conrad’s fabulous condo in Ann Arbor! The location is fantastic – restaurants, grocery stores, retail shopping, parks and nature areas all within walking distance. A bonus is a bus stop in front of the complex that will take you directly downtown. The condo is spacious, light-filled, and completely peaceful. The pantry, fridge, and freezer were well stocked. A highlight was the fabulous homemade banana bread. The accommodations were very comfortable (beds, linens and furniture). The hosts were extremely welcoming and very responsive to any questions or concerns I had during the whole rental process. I highly recommend this property, and if the opportunity arose, I would definitely stay again.
