The apartment is located in a nice neighborhood, close to the Butte aux Cailles, with shops (Place d'Italie mall is close), coffees, restaurants, and close to the Parc Montsouris and the Cité universitaire, where you can relax on the lawns. It's located close to all Universities in Paris or suburbs and to the National French Library (3 kilometers from home).
