Our apartment is ideally located in the vibrant Bastille district, just minutes from Gare de Lyon and the renowned Marché d'Aligre, one of the best markets in Paris, open daily. A short stroll takes you to the chic streets of Le Marais, while our neighborhood is surrounded by some of the city's finest restaurants and bakeries. As an architect and teacher, I carefully designed this space after five months of renovation in 2018, transforming it into our dream home. Nestled on a quiet street, the apartment is on the 3rd floor of a charming Haussmannian corner building made of century-old stone, bathed in natural light throughout the day. The layout includes a spacious living room with an open kitchen, three bedrooms, and two naturally lit and ventilated bathrooms. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, offering comfort and privacy. We rent it fully furnished as we are currently abroad and may return in two years. ⚠️ Please note: No elevator – 3rd floor.
