Our single level home was recently fully renovated, inside and out. The views from the house include ocean and islands, with sunsets and city lights. The property is quiet and private. The house is located in a nice neighborhood to walk around - you can choose to either walk in hills or flat areas. There 4 bedrooms. The 3 bedrooms on one side of the house have a (1) California King bed with en suite bathroom, (2) a double bed with hall bathroom, and (3) a double bed with en suite bathroom. There is also an office and en suite bathroom on that side of the house. The master bedroom and office face the back patio and have views of the ocean/islands, and the two double bedrooms face the front of the house with mountain views. The guest bedroom (4th bedroom) is on the other side of the house, with a queen bed and its own en suite full bathroom. The den is on that side of the house too, and the bedroom-bathroom-den combo can be closed off from the rest of the house with a separate entrance. In the center of the house, there is a large open area with a new kitchen and a double sided fireplace separating the kitchen from the living and dining areas. The central area (living-kitchen-dining) has a peaked shiplap ceiling with floor-to-ceiling glass doors that can fully retract to completely open up to the 2000 square foot ipe wood outdoor deck with two fire pits (one gas, one solo stove with firewood) and infinity pool. We are not childproofed anymore, as our kids are older -- with the pool, etc. I think the youngest kids we'd want in the house would be 10+ and be able to swim. Backyard includes: - 2000 sq. ft. ipe wood deck - 10 person teak table for dining under pergola (with lighting) - Patio seating + chaise lounges - New double edged infinity pool with in-pool lights for night swimming. Lockable pool cover for safety (however please note that there is a catch basin for the infinity edge that is not covered with a 5' drop). - Large lower yard (~2000 sq. ft or so) past the back patio to play soccer and football on; we have have not had the chance to put in grass, so this area is flat but mostly clover. ~ As much as we love animals (we have a small dog ourselves), we can't rent to anyone who smokes or has pets, due to a severe flea allergy. ~ Additional information: -No loud/large parties (we live in a quiet family neighborhood) -No smoking or pets -Authorized guests only
