Share a comfortable living room and dining room, and recently renovated, well appointed, cooks kitchen. There is laundry on site. My bedroom and washroom are on the 3rd floor. Serene environment filled with plants and art. Steps to St. Clair and public transit. Easy bike ride to U of T, TMU, OCAD and downtown. Short distance to subway, direct to York U. Supermarket minutes walking from house and excellent selection of shops along St Clair. Farmers market at Wychwood Barns every Saturday (15 min walk). I am a TV journalist with a busy schedule. I work from home 2 days per week and in a downtown office the rest of the week. I am a mature, responsible, considerate, environmentally concerned, fun-loving person. I enjoy good food and music.
