Comfortable, furnished family home with three bedrooms on second floor, attic is fourth bedroom. Main bedroom (SE) has King bed and ensuite bath with shower, second (full) upstairs bathroom is shared between the other bedrooms. SW Bedroom has Queen bed, small NW bedroom has antique bed between twin & full size sleeps one, possibly two if they're small. Both SW and NW bedrooms have desks and would make good offices. Attic has Queen bed and is accessed via spiral stairs, so is not an official bedroom (no closet or egress). Third (half) bath is on main floor. Private, covered front porch has comfortable seating for visiting, reading or sleeping, back deck is open to the sky & has tables & chairs and a small gas grill. Heat is gas-fired hydronic, heated floor on main level and hydronic baseboards second and third floor. NEW (August 2021) heat pump provides AC and/or heat, temperature control for ultimate comfort. Neighborhood: We're right between Division & Hawthorne, both vibrant, walkable streets with diverse shops and restaurants, easy access to public transportation, and only 21 minutes to the airport by car. Pet (optional): I do have one independent, mostly self-sustaining cat. The only attention he'll need is to occasionally fill his food and water. He comes & goes through the basement via RFID cat door with an access tag on his collar, so no other animals can access the basement. If this creates a barrier for you, it's also possible that I could board the cat during your stay. There's a new 55" TV in the living room with all the latest stuff, and a small Bluetooth amp hooked up to some decent speakers for your music. Bedrooms do not have TVs. Washer & dryer are in the basement, along with a chest freezer that you may use. As of March 2026 I am in my house, making a few updates while I'm here. I have renters this summer and fall, so availability opens up again in February 2027. I DO have some flexibility around stated dates, so please do ask if we're close to matching.
