Description
We are are Brown/RISD faculty family, and have a large house with 4 bedrooms, two working studios/offices, a large garden with a patio and grill, and tons of board games and garden games. We are walking distance to Brown street park and the scenic Prospect park, the Brown gym, Whole Foods, downtown with its summer festivals, and of course the Brown and RISD campus are just 5-10 minutes walk as well. As we are on top of the hill, we also get fantastic sunsets! Please write to us for more interior photos.

Comments: In large three storey house, we would like to rent out the entire third floor which consists of two large rooms and a private bathroom. Renter would have access to large kitchen which opens to beautiful garden on the ground floor.
