Family villa with a spacious private garden and terrace, 2 minutes from the lake, 10 minutes by bike to the University of Konstanz (45 min. to Zurich by car or train); 3 bedrooms, office, guest room, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, sauna, open fire place. Great for family with children or for a peaceful writing retreat. Bikes are available. We are looking for someone who will enjoy our house and take good care of it while we are on a research stay in Kyoto.
