Charming 1-BR, heart of Left Bank Montparnasse, on gated pedestrian street.

Highly recommend! The flat is really nice and the owner is highly communicative and organised. The flat is also in a wonderful area. If you stay, I recommend you spend some time in Edgar Quinet which is a five minute walk away and has a seemingly inexhausible supply of bars and crêperies.

I enjoyed my stay very much in this one-bedroom apartment in the 14th. It is thoughtfully furnished, very clean and well maintained, and in an excellent location. Chris is very responsive to all inquiries and comments. I enthusiastically recommend this apartment and the owners!

The flat is 10 -or 11, if I may-.

I can no imagine a better place to live and work in Paris (10' to La Coupole, 15' to the Luxembourg, La grand épicerie or the theaters, 5' to Denfert-Rochereau). The owner, Chris, is the best support you can imagine in a foreign city. Everything is in order, clean and luminous, and every detail has been thought to make the life easier: the wifi, the kitchen, the bathroom, the mattress, the ligths, the heaating... Really, I dream to come back as soon as possible. Thanks one more time, Chris and Donnette.

This apartment is a gem. The location is wonderful, walking distance to nearly all of the city's main attractions, very close to metro/RER, and within easy distance of good stores and markets. Close proximity to the Luxembourg Gardens is a wonderful perk. The apartment itself is clean and quiet, well stocked with everything you might need and a great place for writing and research. A safe neighborhood is enhanced by the apartment's secure entry, set back off of the main streets. Communication with the owner was easy and simple and there was always someone on hand for anything I might need. The only drawback was how sorry I was to leave - this is an ideal spot to spend some time in a wonderful city. Very highly recommended.
