Fully furnished private bedroom on the lower floor of a single-family home, with separate entrance, shared bathroom (with one other UC Berkeley scholar), and use of fully-equipped kitchen and laundry room. Queen bed, desk, chair, table lamps, bookcase, area rug, closet with built-in drawers, Linens and towels are provided. We have a cleaning service for common areas. Very safe and friendly neighbor. Bus 65 stops just in front of our house and arrives at the North Gate in 10 minutes, walking is 20 minutes. Plenty of free street parking. We are a multilingual couple (English, Japanese, and French). Rent includes all utilities and internet. Full-time students and visiting scholars only.
